Fixes
- Restore connections works as expected when not using "list restorable connections" or "restore without prompt"
- Settings=>Connections - Optimized structure
- Import wizard - RDE import - Selection is used instead of importing all objects from file
- Tab rotation interval can be set by the UI again
- If items are removed also the linked favorite items will be removed
- Connect on "Monitor X" with options "Separate Window / Fixed Size" => the window will be created in correct size
